Shift Timings:

  • 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
  • No fix working hours during events, project deadline, etc.

Working:

Experience:

  • Minimum – Fresher
  • Maximum – Up to 4 years of experience as graphic designer from hospitality industry.

*Note:

  • Candidate having relevant experience from hospitality industry would be considered as experienced or will be considered as fresher.
  • Major events will be Parties, Adventure camping, Bike rides, Road trips, etc. at multiple venues (pan India).

Salary slab:

  • Maximum – Up to Rs.300,000/- Per annum (CTC)

*Note:

  • Salary structure: Fix + Variable (50:50 ratio).
  • Candidates applying for the above post should be compulsory target oriented, as offered salary will be target oriented.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree:

  • A degree in graphic design or a related field is typically preferred.

Graphic Design Skills:

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Corel draw, Photo shop, or similar tools.

Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer in the hospitality industry, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and on-brand materials that promote the establishment, attract guests, and enhance their overall experience. You will work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure that all design materials align with the organisation’s goals and brand identity.

Duties & Responsibilities

Design Marketing Collateral:

  • Create eye-catching marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and promotional materials that effectively communicate the features, services, and unique selling points of the hospitality establishment.

Branding:

  • Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all design assets, ensuring that they align with the established brand guidelines and visual identity.

Digital Design:

  • Produce engaging digital content, including website graphics, email templates, social media visuals, and online advertisements to attract and engage potential guests.

Menu Design:

  • Create appealing and user-friendly menus for restaurants and dining establishments within the hospitality business, incorporating branding elements and visuals.

Kiosk Design:

  • You will be responsible for designing and creating the visual elements of interactive kiosk interfaces. Your role is crucial in ensuring that kiosk users have an intuitive, engaging, and informative experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and project managers, to bring kiosk projects to life.

Photography and Image Editing:

  • Work with photos and images to enhance their quality and relevance for marketing materials. Select appropriate images that resonate with the target audience.

Signage and Way-finding:

  • Design clear and informative signage for the property, including directional signs, room numbers, and other way-finding elements to improve guest navigation.

Event Collateral:

  • Design materials for special events and promotions, such as invitations, event banners, and promotional materials to drive attendance and engagement.

Print Production:

  • Liaise with print vendors to ensure high-quality production of printed materials, including selecting paper types and overseeing the printing process.

Stay Updated:

  • Keep abreast of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry-specific design innovations to ensure the organisation’s design assets remain fresh and competitive.

Creativity:

  • Strong creative and artistic abilities to develop visually appealing and innovative designs.

Hospitality Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry, its target audience, and the ability to tailor designs accordingly is a plus.

Portfolio:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work, ideally with examples relevant to the hospitality sector.

Attention to Detail:

  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all design work.

Time Management:

  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Communication:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and understand design requirements.

User Interface (UI) Design:

  • Familiarity with UI design principles and best practices, including a strong understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory.

Interaction Design:

  • Understanding of user interactions and how they translate into user-friendly kiosk interfaces.
