Experience:
- Minimum – 06 months of experience as an accountant in any CA firm.
- Maximum – Experience up to 2 years as accountant from hospitality industry.
*Note:
- Candidate having relevant experience from or hospitality industry would be considered as experienced or will be considered as fresher.
Salary slab:
- Minimum – Up to Rs.180,000/- Per annum (CTC)
- Maximum – Up to Rs.350,000/- Per annum (CTC)
*Note:
- Salary structure: Fix + Variable (50:50 ratio).

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or relevant accounting certification is often preferred.
- Prior accounting experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities

Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.

- Provide financial analysis to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity.
Tax Compliance:

- Prepare and file tax returns, including goods and service tax, payroll, etc.

- Utilize accounting software and financial management systems to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
- Stay updated on advancements in accounting technology and recommend system upgrades when necessary.
Financial Planning and Strategy:
- Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and long-term financial plans.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
Vendor and Supplier Relations:
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure timely payments.
