Experience:

Salary slab:
- Internship – Rs.120,000/- Per annum (CTC = Fix + Variable = 80:20 ration)
- Fresher – Rs.180,000/- Per annum (CTC = Fix + Variable = 80:20 ration)
- Experience – up to Rs.600,000/- Per annum (CTC = Fix + Variable = 80:20 ration)

Education qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Media Studies, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Graphic Designing, or Content Marketing will be an added advantage.
Preferred qualifications:
- Passion for food, hospitality, cafes, restaurants, and consumer brands.
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.
- Basic understanding of food photography and food styling
- Familiarity with food delivery platforms such as Zomato and Swiggy.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
Job Description
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and result oriented digital marketing executive to strengthen our brands presence across digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media, creating engaging content, executing digital marketing campaigns, website management, graphic designing, and supporting marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, online sales, and business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise for maximum ROI.
- Support customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X(Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
- Engage with followers, respond to messages, comments, and reviews.
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative ideas.
Content Creation & Management:
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Write compelling captions, ad copies, website content, and email marketing content.
- Develop content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Photography & Videography:
- Capture photos and short-form videos of food, products, events, customers, and behind-the-scenes activities.
- Edit and optimise videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Coordinate content shoots and ensure high-quality visual presentation.
Graphic Designing:
- Design social media creatives, posters, banners, flyers, brochures, menus, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Maintain consistency in branding and visual communication.
- Create marketing collateral for online and offline campaigns.
Website Management:
- Manage and update website content regularly.
- Coordinate website design improvements and user experience enhancements.
- Ensure website information, menus, offers, and promotions are up to date.
- Monitor website performance and SEO basics.
Paid Advertising:
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor budgets, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
- Generate leads, website traffic, and customer conversions through digital channels.
SEO & Online Presence:
- Assist in search engine optimisation (SEO) activities.
- Optimise website content and local business listings.
- Manage Google Business Profile and online reputation.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyse website traffic, social media performance, and campaign results.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
Marketing Strategy Support:
- Assist management in planning marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Support new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
