One Time - Talent Acquisition

CHARGES

• One time talent acquisition – No replacement:

1. 1. 1. We will charge 10% (Ten percent) on the monthly offered salary to selected candidate as a one time talent acquisition fee with no replacement.
      2. Fresher or junior level position: Minimum INR Rs.1500/- (Rupees one thousand five hundred only) or 10% of monthly salary (whichever is higher) Per Candidate.
      3. Senior level position: Minimum INR Rs.3000/- (Rupees three thousand only) or 10% of monthly salary (whichever is higher) Per Candidate.
      4. Higher level position: Minimum INR Rs.6000/- (Rupees Six thousand only) or 10% of monthly salary (whichever is higher) Per Candidate.

• One time talent acquisition – 03 months replacement:

1. 1. 1. We will charge 50% (Fifty percent) on the monthly offered salary to selected candidate as a one time talent acquisition fee with one time replacement within 3 months period from the date of joining.
      2. Fresher or junior level position: Minimum INR Rs.7,500/- (Rupees seven thousand five hundred only) or 50% of monthly salary (whichever is higher) Per Candidate.
      3. Senior level position: Minimum INR Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) or 50% of monthly salary (whichever is higher) Per Candidate.
      4. Higher level position: Minimum INR Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) or 50% of monthly salary (whichever is higher) Per Candidate.
      5. Non refundable advance payment of minimum fee or 50% of fee (whichever is higher) Per Candidate, and remaining balance amount can be paid within 5 days after candidate joins.

Talent acquisition Terms and conditions:

• One time talent acquisition – No replacement:
• 1. We will provide you 2 options of relevant candidates for each requirement submitted by the client.
  2. We will take 2 rounds of interviews before providing you the data.
  3. Basic Q&A interview and telephonic interview.

• One time talent acquisition – 03 months replacement:

1. 1. 1. We will provide 3 options of relevant candidates for each requirement submitted by the client.
      2. We will take 3 rounds of interviews before providing you the data.
      3. Basic Q&A interview, telephonic interview, one on one interview.
      4. We will provide 1 time replacement of candidates, for the same position the previous candidate left.

• After we get on board with all formalities completed from a client, it will take a minimum of 10 working days to start recruiting candidates as per clients requirements, and a maximum of 90 working days to get the selected candidates on board.
• Provided staff will be on the client’s payroll.
• We are not responsible for candidate selection and joining.
• Amount once paid is non refundable.
