NOTE
  1. Advance payment of Rs.5,000/- per candidate for junior level staffing (one time staffing payment)
  2. Advance payment of Rs.10,000/- per candidate for senior level staffing (one time staffing payment)
  3. Advance payment of Rs.20,000/- per candidate for higher level staffing (one time staffing payment)
  4. Remaining amount to be paid before joining, once the candidate is selected
  5. Advance payment of Rs.12,000/- (Rs.1,000/- * 12 months) per candidate for junior level staffing (Annual staff management payment)
  6. Advance payment of Rs.60,000/- (Rs.5,000/- * 12 months) per candidate for senior level staffing (Annual staff management payment)
  7. Advance payment of Rs.1,20,000/- (Rs.10,000/- * 12 months) per candidate for higher level staffing (Annual staff management payment)
  8. Commission is exclusive of tax amount
  9. Provided staff will be on Madcherry’s payroll
  10. We take a minimum of 7 working days to recruit candidates, after we receive a job description from a client.
  11. We screen, shortlist and select the candidates as per the job description provided by the client.
  12. Madcherry will maintain and manage staffing, background check, training and development, performance check, termination & replacement, daily attendance, leaves, shifts, salary, etc.
  13. Salary, food, stay, travelling, background check, training & development, monthly commission and other required fees, benefits will be paid by client on monthly basis as per bill generated by madcherry.
  14. We provide 2 candidates for interview on each requirement submitted
  15. Unlimited replacements will be provided if the selected candidate leaves or is terminated from the job within one year from the date of joining.
  16. Freshers, Trainee, Interns, etc. will be recruited at junior level staffing
  17. Experienced (may be around 1-4 years), senior staff will be recruited at senior level staffing
  18. Manager, HOD, VP, Director, etc. will be recruited at higher level staffing
  19. We don’t provide housekeeping staff, mori wala, etc.
  20. The above fee is our commission, the salary of hired candidates will be as per position required.
  21. Contract will be renewed annually.
  22. Amount once paid is non refundable.
