  1. Commission is exclusive of tax amount.
  2. Advance payment
  3. Provided staff will be on Madcherry’s payroll.
  4. The above fee is our commission, Salary of hired candidate will be as per position required.
  5. Salary, Food, Stay, Travelling, Back ground check, Training & development, and other required fees, benefits will be paid by client on monthly basis as per bill generated by Madcherry.
  6. Madcherry will maintain and manage staffing, back ground check, training and development, performance check, termination & replacement, daily attendance, leaves, shifts, salary, etc.
  7. Complete kitchen management of single outlet.
  8. Contract will be renewed annually.
