Job Brief: F&B department ensures that Members and guests have a pleasant and memorable experience. Monitors setup, maintenance, cleanliness and safety of allocated areas. Supervises and trains the staff to outlets standards of excellence.
Job Type: Full Time, Contract based

Shift Timings: 9 working hours (Rotating shifts)
Working: 6 days working 1 day holiday (Rotating holidays)
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in F&B department (for assistant manager position), 3+ years of experience as assistant managerial in F&B department (for manager position)
Salary slab: (Min) Rs.25,000/- Per month (Fixed + Variables) – (Max) As per last drawn (Fixed + Variables)
Education qualification: BHM – Bachelor of Hotel Management
Note:
Candidate having relevant experience from hospitality industry would be considered as experienced.
Candidates applying for the above post should be willing to relocate at the required destination. Candidates can be relocated to other cities, states, countries, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
Organize and supervise shifts
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurants
